Was ist ein Hartantifouling?

Hartantifouling hat seinen Namen von seiner harten, abriebfesten Oberfläche, die sich abschleifen lässt. Es eignet sich besonders für schnelle Boote oder Boote, die wenig fahren und im Hafen bleiben.

Dieses Hartantifouling verhindert, dass der Rumpf durch Meerespflanzen, Algen und Muscheln verschmutzt wird. Das Hartantifouling hat einen hohen Anteil an Bioziden, die Toxine freisetzen. Diese Art von Farbe ist sehr widerstandsfähig und wird dick aufgetragen.

Hartantifouling - für welche Boote ?

Betroffen sind Boote, die lange am Kai liegen, Sportboote, die mit hoher Geschwindigkeit (bis zu 70 Knoten) fahren, einige Regattaboote, Trailerboote sowie Boote, die in Trocken- und Strandungshäfen gelagert werden, oder in Gebieten mit starker Strömung oder sehr warmen Gewässern.

Hartantifouling bietet einen lang anhaltenden Schutz vor Verschmutzungen. Die Überwinterung beeinträchtigt nicht die Wirksamkeit der Biozide, die nur dann wirken, wenn sie ins Wasser gelangen.

Nach dem Auftragen bildet das Hartantifouling eine harte Schicht, die abgeschliffen werden kann.

Die Matrix, die die bioaktiven Substanzen enthält, die Ihren Rumpf vor Verschmutzungen schützen, ist wasserfest. Die Wirkstoffe werden im Laufe der Zeit freigesetzt.

Dank des Hartantifoulings verbraucht Ihr Boot weniger Kraftstoff und die Geschwindigkeit wird optimiert.

Regelmäßige Instandhaltung

Biozide werden irgendwann inaktiv, wenn ihre Lebensdauer erschöpft ist, daher wird empfohlen, die Hartantifouling-Schicht jedes Jahr zu erneuern. Sofern Sie nicht mehrere Schichten eines Hartantifoulings auftragen, können Sie die Lebensdauer und Wirksamkeit Ihres Antifoulings auf mehrere Jahre verlängern. Dies ist jedoch nicht bei allen Produkten der Fall.
